What is Paddle Surfing?

Paddle Surfing is a variant of surfing where we glide on the water standing up on a large board with the help of a paddle.

In the last decade, this fun water sport has gained popularity on our beaches, becoming an activity suitable for all audiences.

What does the activity consist of?

It consists of an exciting half-day guided route along the Costa Daurada on Paddle Surf.

We will start at the beach, where we will have a brief briefing to learn about the different parts of the equipment to be used.

We will explain the short but very interesting history of Paddle Surfing. We will also talk about the safety aspects that we must take into account for the route.

To finish, we will load the necessary equipment with waterproof pots and tie it to the Paddle Surf before entering the sea.

With the help of the snorkeling kit, we will observe the seabed and the irregularities that the sea draws on the coast. For us, the coast bordering the beaches of Tamarit and La Mora are the most beautiful areas of the Tarragona coast.

In some cases, we will visit caves where we can enter with the Paddle Surf board. We will also visit small coves and stop at one of them to rest and regain strength before facing the return to the starting point.

It will always be a circular route of the duration you decide (3 or 6 hours).

This activity offers a revitalizing and thrilling adventure, perfect for groups of at least four participants. You’ll have the added assurance and security of being guided by a certified sports technician who is intimately familiar with the local area.

Where does it take place?

From any of the two nautical bases that we have installed on the Costa Daurada, all of them on magnificent beaches to enjoy the sea and water activities in a natural environment of great beauty.
