• Upon making your reservation, we will promptly reach out to you via phone to provide any necessary instructions and address your queries

• Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• If your reservation is facilitated through a third party (such as a travel agency), it is essential to present the confirmation at the activity center reception.
• To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be communicated in writing with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, any notifications received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for reimbursement.
• In the event that you do not attend the scheduled activity, refunds will not be issued.
• Exclusive Policies for Mar Aventura and Espai Aventura Activities: For ESPORTEC activities, once they have commenced, we reserve the right to halt them due to adverse weather conditions or rough seas. Regrettably, no refunds will be possible under such circumstances.
• Exclusive Policy for Espai Aventura Activities: For online purchases, kindly make them at least 48 hours in advance.
