Terms of use for our activities

  • Once the reservation is made, we will get in touch with you by phone to provide any necessary instructions and address your queries. You can also reach out to us via email or WhatsApp. Feel free to contact us via email or WhatsApp as well.
  • We are committed to accommodating all your needs seamlessly.
  • Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • If the reservation is made through a third party (such as a travel agency), it is essential to present the voucher at the activity center reception.
  • To be eligible for a refund for an activity, cancellation must be notified in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Any notifications received later will not qualify for reimbursement. Unfortunately, any notifications received beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for reimbursement.
  • No refunds will be issued in case of a no-show for the activity.
  • If you arrive late, the activity will not be extended, and no refunds will be provided.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR SEGWAY TOURS

  • The service includes a SEGWAY monitor, the SEGWAY handling course, and the SEGWAY rental for the specified route.
  • It is mandatory for participants to be between 10 and 65 years old and have a weight ranging from 40 to 120 kilograms.
  • The SEGWAY user must be able to mount and dismount independently without external assistance.
  • A 15-minute training session on SEGWAY handling will be provided at the beginning of the activity.
  • The monitor will be responsible for the SEGWAY handling course and will assess the client’s suitability for the tour. The monitor acts as the company’s representative during the tour, and failure to follow their instructions during the route may result in immediate termination of the tour.
  • The learning session will take place before the tour begins. At the start of the route, it will be assumed that the person understands the operation and handling of the SEGWAY, as well as the risks associated with its use. The company is exempt from any liability for falls or incidents of any kind.
  • Users are obligated to use the rented equipment responsibly during the tour and assume responsibility for any damage resulting from use outside the conduct guidelines explained during the learning session.
  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear. We recommed protecting yourself from the sun during the summer.
  • In the event that weather conditions prevent the activity from starting, it will be postponed to another day. If the activity is not eventually carried out, a full refund of the amount will be provided.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR PRIVATE SKI OR SNOWBOARD LESSONS

  • The service includes a private alpine skiing or snowboarding instructor exclusively for your group (maximum 4 people).
  • The price does not include the ski pass or the necessary equipment for the activity (skis, boots, poles, etc.).
  • Classes are not considered contracted or reserved until payment is made physically at our ticket offices or through the online sales system. Booking lessons for minors under fourteen years old requires consent from their legal representatives.
  • Once booked, classes cannot be canceled due to adverse weather conditions or external factors beyond the school’s control. In the event of station closure, you must visit the ski school ticket office with any unused tickets to reschedule the classes for another agreed-upon date.
  • Reservations are valid up to 30 minutes before the start of the activity. If you cannot be at the designated location within this timeframe, please notify us via WhatsApp message or call the school. Include: Reservation name, activity, and schedule (we can delay reservations by 30 minutes for exceptional circumstances).
  • The school reserves the right to modify the assigned schedule and/or instructor due to availability.
  • The activity is subject to changing weather conditions and snow conditions. Esportec reserves the right to suspend or postpone it if deemed necessary.
  • We are not responsible for the suitability of the participant’s attire. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing for snow conditions (waterproof clothing, gloves, hat, etc.) and sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.).

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR SKI OR SNOWBOARD COURSES

  • If, for any reason (excessive difference in level, behavior, etc.), the student hinders the proper execution of the course, the company reserves the right to expel the student and refund the portion of the course not completed.
  • The scheduled dates may vary if the resort closes on any day or if the company deems weather conditions too extreme. If, for personal reasons, the student misses any course days, they can be made up. In such cases, the days can be recovered on another day with a similar level group, as long as it is within the same season and with the company’s consent.
  • The company will extend the courses for an additional weekend if the resort’s opening allows (March 23 and 24) to facilitate the recovery of lost days.
  • If the company is requested to collect the ski pass, the payment for all days’ passes must be made on the first day, and a refund will only be given if notified at least 12 hours in advance.
  • The course price includes insurance for the 3 daily hours of class. We recommend purchasing the ski pass insurance if you want to continue skiing after the course.
  • The courses will take place as long as there are at least 5 participants per group, of similar level and age.
  • The company reserves the right to add occasional students to the courses, always considering condition 1. In any case, the number of students per instructor will never exceed 10.
  • The course schedule will be from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the meeting point will be the Snow Garden at 9:00 a.m. If the participant is a child and the guardians arrive late after class, the Snow Garden supervision service will be charged. The Snow Garden service for after the course can be booked in advance.

CONDITIONS OF SKI EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICE

  • The renter agrees to use the rented equipment with care and to take all necessary precautions to avoid damage.
  • The renter assumes material and legal custody of the rented products. In other words, the renter is fully responsible for the products they rent, from the moment of collection until the return of the products to the Esportec ski school La Molina.
  • The renter declares that they have all the necessary skills to use the rented products and the ability to judge the suitability of their selection according to their needs. The equipment is regulated according to the weight and height criteria declared by the client.
  • The renter may only use the rented products for personal use. Under no circumstances is the renter authorized to sublet or lend the products for free.
  • The renter will pay an amount defined at the Esportec ski school La Molina for lost or broken equipment as a result of misuse.
  • This equipment is defined and valued on a visible sign at the Esportec ski school La Molina, under the title RENTAL CONDITIONS.
  • An order can be canceled and a 100% refund requested up to 48 hours before the equipment collection date.
  • The rented equipment must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, within the agreed period.
  • If the equipment is damaged or not returned on time, additional charges will apply. In case of loss or irreparable damage, the value of the equipment will be charged.
  • If you decide to return the equipment before the rental end date, no refund will be made for unused hours or days.
  • In case of illness or accident during the rental period, only the amount for the affected person will be refunded under the following conditions:
    • The remaining rental days will be refunded, with the days the equipment was used, including the day of the accident or illness, being paid.
    • Providing a certificate of illness or accident from a medical center or hospital.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR WATER ACTIVITIES

  • The activity includes technical and safety instructions and equipment rental.
  • Knowing how to swim is mandatory.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible person.
  • Before contracting the service, please inform us of any disability, dysfunction, or condition that needs to be considered during the activity.
  • The use of a flotation aid vest (provided by us) is mandatory.
  • Follow the instructions of the technicians/instructors at all times regarding the operation of the activity and the use of the provided technical equipment.
  • To confirm the reservation, 100% of the total activity cost must be paid in advance.
  • Water activities are subject to changing weather conditions and sea state. Esportec reserves the right to suspend or postpone them if deemed necessary.
  • The user is obligated to use the rented equipment responsibly and take responsibility for any damage resulting from use outside the conduct guidelines explained by the base personnel.
  • We recommend not bringing valuable items. Esportec is not responsible for users’ belongings under any circumstances.
  • Esportec is not responsible for the suitability of the participant’s attire. We recommend wearing appropriate swimwear (breathable shirt, swimsuit) and sun protection (sunglasses, hat, sunscreen).

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR GUIDED OUTINGS

  • The service includes guidance from a professional sports technician, equipment rental (kayak or paddleboard, paddle, and life jacket), and liability and accident insurance.
  • It is essential to book in advance with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
  • The start time must be agreed upon with us.
  • The starting point, route, and duration can be customized.
  • Stops are made at beaches for rest and enjoyment of the surroundings.
  • We organize outings in small groups with a minimum of 4 participants per group. In any case, the number of participants per certified guide/instructor will never exceed 10.
  • Minors must always be accompanied by an adult who takes responsibility for them.
  • At the beginning of the activity, a brief briefing will be conducted to familiarize participants with the different parts of the equipment to be used and the technique of movement/navigation.
  • Once the activity has started, ESPORTEC reserves the right to stop it if adverse weather conditions or rough seas are deemed unsafe, with no possibility of reimbursement.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR THE HOURLY BOAT RENTAL SERVICE

  • The hourly rental service includes the necessary technical equipment (boat, paddle, and life jacket) and a brief explanation of how it works and the safety guidelines.
  • It is essential to know how to swim and to be in suitable physical condition for the activity.
  • Minors may only use the service if accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Wearing the life jacket is mandatory throughout the activity.
  • The user is responsible for the boat during the rental period and agrees to use it properly, following staff instructions and navigation rules.
  • It is not permitted to leave the area designated by Esportec or to perform maneuvers that could endanger the user’s safety or that of others.
  • Any damage caused by misuse will be the responsibility of the user.
  • This service does not include guided assistance. If guidance is required, a guided outing must be booked.
  • Weather conditions may affect the activity. Esportec reserves the right to interrupt or cancel the service if deemed necessary for safety reasons.
  • In case of a yellow flag, the activity will proceed with additional precautions.
  • In case of a red flag, the activity may be rescheduled for another day.

GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE ADVENTURE PARK

  • The minimum age to participate in the adventure park circuits is 4 years.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible person.
  • All activities include technical staff, safety equipment (harness, anchor line with carabiners, and helmet), and relevant insurance.
  • Before contracting the service, please inform us of any disability, dysfunction, or condition that needs to be considered during the activity.
  • Once equipped, the technical staff will provide you with a briefing on basic safety rules so that you can progress safely and independently across the various platforms and zip-lines in the park.
  • It is essential to follow the instructions of the technicians/instructors at all times, both regarding the activity’s operation and the use of technical equipment.
  • The activity is subject to changing weather conditions and terrain status. Esportec reserves the right to suspend or postpone it if deemed necessary.
  • Users are responsible for using the rented equipment properly and assuming any damages resulting from use outside the conduct rules explained by the staff.
  • Esportec is not responsible for users’ belongings.
  • Esportec is not responsible for the suitability of the participant’s attire. We recommend wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for the activity.

CONDITIONS FOR USING THE GIFT VOUCHER

  • The validity of the Gift Voucher is 2 years from the date of issuance. Once this period has elapsed, the voucher cannot be used. It’s important for the recipient to be aware of this timeframe when choosing their experience.
  • The Gift Voucher can only be redeemed online. This means that the recipient must access any of the outdoor experiences we offer on our website and use the unique code they received via email. Under no circumstances can it be physically redeemed at any of our activity centers.
  • The Gift Voucher is subject to our reservation and cancellation policy.
  • Esportec has the authority to verify the voucher balance at any time and ensure it has been used correctly.
